Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience mentoring teams and individuals.
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to use agile metrics to drive team improvement.
Responsibilities
- Empower the team to run their own team ceremonies by providing support and guidance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on lean and agile principles.
- Maintain clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards to promote transparency.
- Coach the team towards greater self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments and risks impacting progress.
- Collaborate with the Agile Delivery Manager to resolve domain-level blockers.
- Facilitate productive communication between the team and external stakeholders.
