Requirements
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior experience using QuickBooks.
- Understanding of tax planning principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
- Reliable internet connection (15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup).
- Hardware requirements (Intel Core i5 8th gen/i3 10th gen/Ryzen 5 or better, 8 GB RAM).
Responsibilities
- Maintain QuickBooks accounts for accurate income and expense tracking.
- Efficiently manage and categorize personal and business-related expenses.
- Collaborate with the client and tax professionals to gather and organize financial information.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
- Generate regular financial reports using QuickBooks.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial efficiency.
- Maintain the client's calendar and ongoing task lists.
- Research industry trade shows and events.
- Build and maintain a CRM system.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a Shopify storefront.
