  • Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field.
  • Internet Connection: 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup.
  • Hardware: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum, backup device required.
  • Peripherals: Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated workspace, smartphone.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers using Apollo and CRM tools.
  • Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
  • Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
