- Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
- Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, and weight loss clinics).
- Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field.
- Internet Connection: 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup.
- Hardware: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum, backup device required.
- Peripherals: Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated workspace, smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers using Apollo and CRM tools.
- Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
- Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company healthcare offerings.
- Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
- Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
- Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients.
