Requirements

  • Proven experience in SMB B2B sales; SaaS or HR Tech experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of cold-call prospecting into SMB accounts.
  • Proven experience in sales pipeline management.
  • Experience calling C-level executives and VPs in Finance and HR.
  • Experience coaching SDRs and Account Executives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Must meet minimum technical requirements: 15 Mbps primary and 10 Mbps backup internet.
  • Must meet hardware requirements: Intel i5/i3 (8th/10th gen) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM.

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 45 outbound calls per day to set appointments.
  • Conduct approximately 45 communication outreach touchpoints via social media and email daily.
  • Set 8-10 appointments per month for Account Executives.
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Facilitate daily team standups and provide regular updates.
  • Provide coaching and support to maximize SDR team performance.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance for outbound calls, discoveries, and demos.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on strategic approaches.
