Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Hims & Hers employer brand strategy.
- Lead content creation across social, careers site, and campaigns.
- Partner with Recruiting, Marketing, and Communications to translate company priorities into talent narratives.
- Build and manage an always-on content engine.
- Develop targeted campaigns for critical hiring areas.
- Experiment with AI and data tools for audience insights and sentiment analysis.
- Elevate and optimize the careers site experience.
- Define and activate the social media strategy for talent.
- Enable recruiters and hiring leaders with messaging and content tools.
- Establish and track metrics for brand awareness and hiring outcomes.
