Requirements
- 5+ years leading technical delivery in consulting/professional services.
- Proven ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments.
- Strong program governance and delivery management skills: integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths.
- Fluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor working together with clients from data owners to C-level executives.
- Drive multi-workstream programs delivering enterprise data and AI platforms.
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication.
- Own program governance, including consolidated status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with internal practices providing ownership on client engagements and internal projects.
