- Proven ability to set strategy and execute independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in executive communications, including advising senior leaders
- Experience leading communications for high-stakes or high-visibility moments
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Builder mindset
- Experience in mission-driven organizations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and lead internal communications strategy
- Shape and operationalize internal voice and narrative
- Lead internal executive communications
- Drive communications for high-visibility company announcements
- Build systems and processes for scalable communications
- Partner with the People team on priorities and messaging
