- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing hiring strategies.
- Strong understanding of GTM talent landscapes, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen regarding revenue models and customer lifecycles.
- Experience supporting scaling SaaS or technology organizations across international markets.
- Proficiency with recruitment metrics and talent intelligence tools.
- Ability to thrive in remote and rapidly evolving work environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for go-to-market functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to GTM executives and senior leaders.
- Develop and implement inclusive, structured, and competency-based recruitment processes.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across North America and Europe.
- Leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring quality.
- Strengthen employer branding efforts and engage with talent at industry events.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ATS data integrity.
