  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen regarding revenue models and customer lifecycles.
  • Experience supporting scaling SaaS or technology organizations across international markets.
  • Proficiency with recruitment metrics and talent intelligence tools.
  • Ability to thrive in remote and rapidly evolving work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for go-to-market functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to GTM executives and senior leaders.
  • Develop and implement inclusive, structured, and competency-based recruitment processes.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across North America and Europe.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring quality.
  • Strengthen employer branding efforts and engage with talent at industry events.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ATS data integrity.
