Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Strong background in value-based and strategic sales methodologies
- Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, BPO, e-commerce, or related technology-driven industries
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, and customer engagement technologies
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with strong pipeline discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills
- Growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- English proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals across strategic North American accounts
- Develop and execute territory and go-to-market strategies to identify, qualify, and grow high-value pipeline opportunities
- Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across sales, IT, marketing, and contact center functions
- Build compelling business cases using ROI analysis, value-based selling, and structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution consultants, legal, marketing, product, and customer success
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and CRM hygiene while ensuring consistent quota attainment
