- Proven track record of financial ownership and driving bottom-line profitability.
- Experience transforming or scaling complex business units.
- Fluent in English (C1+).
- Ability to lead through influence across diverse functions.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for the FBC unit.
- Take full accountability for P&L, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative studio formats.
- Synchronize Trading, Product, and Development under a unified direction.
- Establish rigorous KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure delivery.
- Optimize complex workflows across multiple entities and locations.
- Direct the strategic relationship with Studio partners.
- Act as the primary FBC representative for the CEO and key global clients.
