Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with mobility rental inquiries
  • Guide customers through the rental process and recommend suitable products
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the entire rental cycle
  • Provide timely updates regarding delivery schedules and order status
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist customers in placing rental orders over the phone
  • Upsell additional rental products or services
  • Accurately process customer orders and payments
  • Coordinate with delivery personnel
  • Update customer information using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Stripe
