Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with mobility rental inquiries
- Guide customers through the rental process and recommend suitable products
- Serve as the main point of contact during the entire rental cycle
- Provide timely updates regarding delivery schedules and order status
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist customers in placing rental orders over the phone
- Upsell additional rental products or services
- Accurately process customer orders and payments
- Coordinate with delivery personnel
- Update customer information using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Stripe
