Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in oil and gas or process industry.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, content migration, or records management.
- Experience with OpenText Content Server, Livelink, SharePoint, or comparable.
- Experience evaluating documentation against metadata models and taxonomies.
- Exposure to data/content assessment, cleanup, and validation.
- Working knowledge of document control and information quality practices.
- Strong spreadsheet and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to interpret asset, engineering, and operational documentation.
- Ability to facilitate working sessions with business users and SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery conversations with stakeholders to understand content and metadata requirements.
- Assess documents and metadata from various source repositories against defined standards.
- Define, document, and validate mapping rules, normalization logic, and category structures.
- Collaborate with project teams to align engineering metadata and content classifications.
- Identify content quality gaps, duplicates, and cleanup priorities.
- Produce reporting, statistics, and issue summaries for client decision-making.
- Support test migration planning, validation, and user acceptance testing.
