Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, or employee mobility.
- Experience with Americas markets, specifically US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and international employment documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and collaboration tools (ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system.
- Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Support onboarding workflows for new hires in the Americas.
- Assist with mobility-related coordination such as relocations and document management.
- Manage open tickets and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records across HRIS, Monday.com, and Dropbox.
- Identify trends in employee queries to improve processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
