Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, or employee mobility.
  • Experience with Americas markets, specifically US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and international employment documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and collaboration tools (ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system.
  • Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Support onboarding workflows for new hires in the Americas.
  • Assist with mobility-related coordination such as relocations and document management.
  • Manage open tickets and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records across HRIS, Monday.com, and Dropbox.
  • Identify trends in employee queries to improve processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
