Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates via tailored outreach.
- Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby ATS.
- Perform first-round phone or video screens using structured rubrics.
- Monitor and report recruiting metrics weekly.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a warm candidate bench for future openings.
