Requirements

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR software.
  • Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to address issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Comfortable using and providing support for mobile applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Source gig workers through job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using NextCrew.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the flow of applications and maintain the ATS within NextCrew.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and resource provision for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and interactions.
  • Create and post gig job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Assist in conducting background and reference checks.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Provide guidance to candidates on using the NextCrew mobile app.
