Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR software.
- Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to address issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Comfortable using and providing support for mobile applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Source gig workers through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using NextCrew.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the flow of applications and maintain the ATS within NextCrew.
- Assist with onboarding activities and resource provision for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and interactions.
- Create and post gig job advertisements on various platforms.
- Assist in conducting background and reference checks.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Provide guidance to candidates on using the NextCrew mobile app.
