Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Current or previous State Certified General Appraiser license (within last 3 years).
- UASFLA training.
- Competency in conservation easement appraisals and appraisal reviews.
- Strong knowledge of USPAP and UASFLA standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, and communications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive action plans, timelines, reports, and dashboards.
- Review appraisal packages, valuation estimates, and market analysis products.
- Ensure compliance with USPAP, UASFLA, and federal/NRCS appraisal policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Assist State staff in obtaining valuation services and developing contract packages.
- Draft, edit, and update guidance documents, job aids, and training materials.
- Utilize NRCS systems including SharePoint, ServiceNow, NEST, CD, and PAMS.
- Maintain project documentation and records management.
