Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Current or previous State Certified General Appraiser license (within last 3 years).
  • UASFLA training.
  • Competency in conservation easement appraisals and appraisal reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of USPAP and UASFLA standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, and communications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive action plans, timelines, reports, and dashboards.
  • Review appraisal packages, valuation estimates, and market analysis products.
  • Ensure compliance with USPAP, UASFLA, and federal/NRCS appraisal policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Assist State staff in obtaining valuation services and developing contract packages.
  • Draft, edit, and update guidance documents, job aids, and training materials.
  • Utilize NRCS systems including SharePoint, ServiceNow, NEST, CD, and PAMS.
  • Maintain project documentation and records management.
