Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience (Manager) or 3+ years (Analyst) in finance, treasury, risk, or accounting data.
- Deep familiarity with data domain creation, source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation.
- Strong accounting and financial literacy, specifically regarding management fees and ratings types.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream or Snowflake (preferred).
- Prior experience at a large-scale alternative asset manager (preferred).
- Ability to work in a remote-first, high-execution environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and structure data domains across treasury, finance, risk, FP&A, and accounting.
- Define granularity, business logic, and data ownership from scratch.
- Own source-to-target mapping end-to-end from source systems to reliable outputs.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for technology teams or vendors.
- Navigate accounting and financial nuances including management fee structures and cash flow categorization.
- Operate with minimal ramp-up and drive work forward independently.
