Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role.
- B2B SaaS or demand generation experience is a major asset.
- Demonstrated experience supporting demand generation campaigns.
- Proven email marketing expertise (building, launching, segmentation, A/B testing).
- Strong content creation skills for clear, on-brand copy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and testing roadmaps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Support direct mail and gifting initiatives for high-value prospects.
- Set up, test, and execute webinars with follow-up sequences.
- Champion campaign-related processes including Asana usage and naming schemes.
- Partner with events and partnerships team for field marketing campaign support.
- Draft prospect-focused newsletters and email roundups.
- Publish and promote marketing assets such as landing pages.
- Maintain website events calendar for high-intent prospect events.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend test plans.
- Document and share experiment results to improve acquisition performance.
