Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, information hierarchy, and attention to detail
- Proven experience using AI tools in the design process
- Strong ability to balance design ideals with product and engineering constraints
- Experience working independently or as a sole designer across multiple teams
- Strong product thinking and ability to interpret user needs and product analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end product design execution
- Make informed trade-off decisions between design quality, technical feasibility, product requirements, and delivery timelines
- Adapt and iterate designs based on customer insights, usage data, and prototype feedback
- Use AI tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflow acceleration
- Design meaningful product flows from problem framing through high-fidelity execution
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across multiple squads
- Contribute to and extend the design system
- Maintain a high quality bar through thoughtful critique and attention to detail
