Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Platforms, Business Systems, and Integration Engineering.
- Proven experience scaling systems in high-growth SaaS and PE-backed environments.
- Demonstrated experience integrating multiple acquisitions or business platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce/HubSpot ecosystems and Netsuite/DealHub/Subskribe.
- Experience with data warehousing, analytics platforms, and API integrations/middleware.
- Strong systems thinking capability and a builder/operator mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale complexity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide strategy for data platforms, business systems, integration frameworks, and analytics infrastructure.
- Drive standardization and modernization of fragmented systems across business units.
- Lead M&A technology and data integration, including CRM consolidation, ERP harmonization, and data migration.
- Build enterprise-grade data foundations enabling cross-functional visibility.
- Design scalable reporting and analytics frameworks supporting executive decision-making.
- Act as the architectural bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
- Lead and mentor high-performing architecture, data, and integration teams.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and turn technical debt into scalable operational capability.
