- Two years of customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned caseload and deliver impeccable customer service.
- Provide primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities.
- Coordinate Cartus' core products and services according to standards.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to generate revenue.
- Ensure data integrity in company systems.
- Coordinate the ordering and review of broker market analyses (BMAs).
- Serve as a real estate subject matter expert for customers.
