- 2+ years experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
- 1+ year experience in the relocation or real estate industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
- Flexibility to work shifts accommodating various time zones and weekends as required.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review incoming referrals to ensure successful matches.
- Assign qualified agents to real estate transactions.
- Complete data entry for referrals.
- Release and confirm referral agreements.
- Ensure agent reporting meets SLAs.
- Coordinate utility transfers, property maintenance, and billing.
- Maintain communication with agents and referral sources.
- Monitor progress and follow up on open/overdue items.
- Resolve issues and handle contract management.
- Coordinate closing activities and generate status reports.
