Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
  • 1+ year experience in the relocation or real estate industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Flexibility to work shifts accommodating various time zones and weekends as required.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review incoming referrals to ensure successful matches.
  • Assign qualified agents to real estate transactions.
  • Complete data entry for referrals.
  • Release and confirm referral agreements.
  • Ensure agent reporting meets SLAs.
  • Coordinate utility transfers, property maintenance, and billing.
  • Maintain communication with agents and referral sources.
  • Monitor progress and follow up on open/overdue items.
  • Resolve issues and handle contract management.
  • Coordinate closing activities and generate status reports.
