Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
- Hands-on experience managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Background working in an IT/Product/Software Development company environment.
- Proven experience managing tech-focused T&D programs, specifically technical certification pathways.
- Familiarity with major tech certification ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end framework for technical certifications.
- Administer the Leapsome LMS, including tool integrations and platform analytics.
- Develop learning programs aligned with the company competency model.
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and contract logistics.
- Coordinate the end-to-end Corporate English training cycle.
- Collaborate on promotional materials and event logistics.
- Support teams by advising on learning formats and resources.
