Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. time zones

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
  • Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
  • Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting
  • Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
  • Use Google Analytics and Tag Manager for performance analysis
