- 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. time zones
Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
- Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting
- Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Use Google Analytics and Tag Manager for performance analysis
