Requirements
- 2+ years of production support experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in UNIX debugging, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting.
- Experience supporting FIX protocol and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Java based systems.
- Experience with Cloud Technology and DevOps utilities.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ITRS Geneos.
- Experience supporting Trading Systems (OMS/EMS) in Equities, Derivatives, FX, or Crypto.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and handle shifts/weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Sales, Business Users, and Institutional/Retail customers.
- Manage incidents end-to-end, including identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Execute release activities, audit reviews, and BCP exercises.
- Monitor infrastructure and automate manual tasks to maintain system stability.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and standard operating procedure documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business support teams to meet SLAs.
