Requirements
- Experience running a software engineering operations team.
- Strong engineering background with ability to engage in technical decisions.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud provider and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with OS management (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
- Proficiency with SSO (Okta, 1Password) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office).
- Experience with MDM (Jamf, Intune, FleetDM, Kolide) and EDR/DLP tools.
- Knowledge of corporate SaaS platforms and AI providers.
- DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and platform engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team managing corporate systems, employee device lifecycles, helpdesk queues, and internal tooling development.
- Handle corporate security initiatives and deploy security/compliance guardrails.
- Define internal AI rollout, enablement, and security strategy.
- Manage relationships, negotiation, and contracting with core SaaS vendors.
- Ensure visibility of work and costs to improve processes.
- Leverage Grafana product and ecosystem for corporate engineering challenges.
- Conduct 1:1s, coaching, and mentoring.
- Review design documents and participate in on-call rotations.
