Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record in Software Engineering roles
- Experience coding with React and Node.js
- Deep knowledge of writing testable code
- Experience with Jest testing library
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of sound engineering practices like pair programming
- Knowledge of upfront automated testing
- Knowledge of continuous deployment and trunk-based development
Responsibilities
- Discuss and promote the implementation of new features
- Listen to the customer and suggest feasibility options
- Design and define system architectures and contribute to technical decisions
- Design, develop and deploy user experiences with a focus on usability, high availability, low latency and scalability
- Build out and improve Node.JS backend systems
- Maintain operational responsibility for services in a DevOps culture
- Continuously improve product through A/B tests
