Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS (Fintech/Fraud focus).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles like Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Solutions Architect.
  • Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market (payment processing, fraud detection, KYC/AML/Sanctions).
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Expert analytical skills using BigQuery, Metabase, and Sigma or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to use AI to enhance work outcomes.
  • Technical understanding of API integrations.
  • Experience managing requests via Salesforce, Pylon, Notion, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise accounts to maximize ROI.
  • Proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities within major accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex product/tech problems into actionable solutions for fraud/compliance.
  • Monitor and communicate critical fraud and performance KPIs to clients.
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers and risk analytics teams.
