Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate management, with clear ownership of programs at a DTC brand or agency
  • Proven experience growing influencer or affiliate programs - not just managing them, but scaling them
  • Hands-on experience with Social Snowball or a comparable affiliate platform
  • Experience with TikTok Shop affiliates is a strong plus
  • Strategic thinker who can see the full picture and build toward it, while still being hands-on in the day-to-day
  • Strong communicator - you build genuine relationships with creators and can negotiate deals that work for both sides
  • Data-driven: comfortable pulling reports, building trackers, and tying program activity to business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate our existing influencer program and build on it - sharpen the strategy, improve the systems, and scale the partnerships that are working
  • Take our affiliate program to the next level - optimize commission structures, improve the affiliate experience, and grow the program into a meaningful revenue channel
  • Build and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program - recruit creators, structure incentives, and drive it as a dedicated revenue channel
  • Source, vet, and recruit influencers and affiliates across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who are genuinely aligned with the Cowboy Colostrum brand
  • Manage the full influencer lifecycle - from outreach and contracting through content approval, posting, and performance review
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing partners, developing long-term collaborations and exclusivity deals where it makes sense
  • Track and report on program KPIs - reach, EMV, conversion, revenue — and use data to continuously improve and scale
  • Coordinate gifting, seeding, and product sends with our ops and fulfillment teams
  • Stay ahead of creator trends, platform changes, and competitor programs to keep our strategy sharp
