Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing experiments and pilot programs to test new segment-specific offers and campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day operations of experiments and pilot runs with quick turnarounds
  • Define success metrics and evaluate results for large-scale adoption
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine segment strategies
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer segments
  • Act as subject matter expert for mass execution teams like Growth and CLM
  • Consolidate learnings into actionable insights for the broader team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in execution and reporting
