Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience building and managing enterprise intranet or employee experience platforms.
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, REST APIs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in digital platforms (e.g., NLP, personalization, intelligent automation).
- Experience with enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or similar ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise intranet and employee experience platforms.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, communications, and business teams to define requirements and prioritize platform features.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in software engineering, security, performance, and scalability.
- Oversee integration and vendor management for third-party tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, and ServiceNow.
- Leverage analytics, user feedback, and platform performance data to guide continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards including data privacy, accessibility, and IT governance.
