Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, PM, Engineering, Tech).
- 1-5 years professional experience in project management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in the benefits industry is a plus.
- PMI-ACP or PMP certification is preferred.
- Client onboarding or consulting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and discovery.
- Coordinate with creative teams to deliver client-branded materials.
- Manage project activities, budgets, and deadlines using PM software.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and provide status reports.
- Maintain project artifacts such as project plans, scorecards, and briefs.
- Identify and address project issues and escalate risks as needed.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support retention.
- Contribute to the development of processes and SOPs for project delivery.
