Requirements
- Active, unencumbered compact RN license.
- Minimum 5 years as a practicing Registered Nurse in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management settings.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience leading nurses in high-volume, queue-based, or remote care delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating clinical quality, triage decision-making, and documentation accuracy.
- Strong operational management experience with performance metrics.
- Experience managing remote teams, including scheduling, PTO coordination, and staffing coverage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with AI-assisted clinical tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs responsible for reviewing and resolving real-time patient alerts.
- Monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, billable activity, and staffing coverage.
- Conduct clinical audits and chart reviews to evaluate triage quality, documentation accuracy, and escalation appropriateness.
- Provide structured coaching, real-time feedback, and formal performance management.
- Partner with RN Managers and clinical leadership on escalation pathways, staffing models, and workflow optimization.
- Support hiring and onboarding efforts by evaluating candidates for triage readiness and operational fit.
- Contribute directly to patient care as needed during periods of high volume.
