- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design and development teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams.
- Fluent in English for communication with stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Build the vision, strategy, and execution for the Vinta Building Blocks product.
- Act as Product Owner for proprietary healthtech components.
- Deeply understand the US health ecosystem (EHRs, AI, Design Systems).
- Support the Expansion team with continuous discovery to convert leads.
- Lead development and design teams to ensure clear objectives and productivity.
- Parallelize activities across multiple technical projects.
- Drive time-to-market by prototyping, testing, and iterating in short cycles.
