Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer experience, coaching, consulting, or account management
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or Go High Level
  • Proficiency in Slack, Calendly, and preferably Zapier
  • High comfort level with digital tools and process automation
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Structured, process-oriented thinking
  • Extroverted personality comfortable speaking on video

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for client accounts
  • Build long-term client relationships and customize support
  • Identify and resolve issues, manage expectations, and provide structure
  • Use HubSpot for task management and client interaction documentation
  • Create client-facing support materials including guides, videos, and SOPs
  • Lead the onboarding process
  • Monitor client satisfaction and flag risk areas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production and operations teams
  • Facilitate accountability with internal and client teams
  • Collect testimonials and track case outcomes
