Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer experience, coaching, consulting, or account management
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or Go High Level
- Proficiency in Slack, Calendly, and preferably Zapier
- High comfort level with digital tools and process automation
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Structured, process-oriented thinking
- Extroverted personality comfortable speaking on video
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner for client accounts
- Build long-term client relationships and customize support
- Identify and resolve issues, manage expectations, and provide structure
- Use HubSpot for task management and client interaction documentation
- Create client-facing support materials including guides, videos, and SOPs
- Lead the onboarding process
- Monitor client satisfaction and flag risk areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production and operations teams
- Facilitate accountability with internal and client teams
- Collect testimonials and track case outcomes
