Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting, tax and/or audit experience.
- Expert QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience.
- Experience working with U.S. and multinational clients.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting standards.
- Proficiency with Excel, Claude, HubSpot, Bill.com, Slack, and ADP.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C2 required).
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the first pass of the monthly close process in Quickbooks Online.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support recurring accounting operations and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage invoicing across hardware sales and installation projects.
- Help manage recurring invoicing tied to charging usage revenue.
- Manage vendor and customer onboarding workflows inside Bill.com.
- Support day-to-day finance, payroll, invoicing and accounting administration.
