Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a consulting services role or IT PM structure
- Experience interfacing with information security positions
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting
- Proficiency in Jira, OpenAir, and Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Responsibilities
- Manage professional services projects through full engagement lifecycle
- Perform sales handoff and resourcing
- Develop customer project plans
- Manage project execution, issues, and risks
- Perform project closeout activities
- Maintain OpenAir PSA application data
- Support internal revenue recognition and invoicing
- Create and maintain project management methodology
- Serve as client-side billable resource for PM delivery
