  • Portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and storytelling across digital and brand experiences
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, brand systems)
  • Strong understanding of creative best practices
  • Experience partnering with marketing teams across campaigns and events
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the graphic design vision across projects (campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events)
  • Set and uphold clear quality standards, design principles, and best practices
  • Partner with the Creative Director to translate brand and business goals into visual systems
  • Lead by example through hands-on design contributions
  • Manage and mentor the Graphic Design Team through coaching and development planning
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Operations, and Marketing partners
  • Lead creative reviews and stakeholder presentations
  • Manage priorities and improve workflows for scale and efficiency
  • Champion AI and emerging creative technology tools
