Requirements

- Portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and storytelling across digital and brand experiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, brand systems)
- Strong understanding of creative best practices
- Experience partnering with marketing teams across campaigns and events
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the graphic design vision across projects (campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events)
- Set and uphold clear quality standards, design principles, and best practices
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate brand and business goals into visual systems
- Lead by example through hands-on design contributions
- Manage and mentor the Graphic Design Team through coaching and development planning
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Operations, and Marketing partners
- Lead creative reviews and stakeholder presentations
- Manage priorities and improve workflows for scale and efficiency
- Champion AI and emerging creative technology tools
