Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in DevEx, platform engineering, or developer tooling roles.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building APIs, CLI tools, and automation services.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Deep familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic workflows.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to influence engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Champion and drive adoption of AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation systems using tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Architect and implement AI-enabled engineering workflows including automated code review, test generation, and documentation.
- Define and operationalize DevEx standards and establish engineering productivity metrics.
- Build secure, scalable infrastructure for running AI agents and automation systems.
- Act as a technical leader by running workshops and mentoring engineers.
