Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years in platform, DevEx, or developer tooling roles.
- Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and tool adoption.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities.
- Strong communicator capable of creating technical guides and demos.
Responsibilities
- Champion the adoption of AI coding tools across the entire engineering organization.
- Run internal workshops, pairing sessions, and enablement programs.
- Define and evolve AI-first development standards.
- Design, build, and maintain the internal developer platform.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and self-service infrastructure.
- Build intelligent automation for code review, test generation, documentation, and deployment.
- Architect infrastructure for running AI coding agents in secure, sandboxed environments.
- Establish and track DevEx metrics like DORA and cycle time.
