Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience, including inside or desk-based sales environments.
- Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and expanding territory revenue.
- Experience selling technology, services, or telecom-related solutions preferred.
- Strong prospecting skills across cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement channels.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong accountability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining individual ownership of targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, meeting monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Deliver consultative and transactional sales conversations that clearly articulate value and drive customer decisions.
- Build and maintain accurate account plans, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Prepare for and lead structured customer interactions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage sales resources to improve customer outcomes and deal execution.
- Mentor peers and contribute to team performance through best-practice sharing and leadership behaviors.
