Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data analytics within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- Proven experience as a founding or sole analyst, or in building analytics functions from the ground up.
- Expert-level SQL skills (BigQuery preferred) and strong experience with modern BI tools such as Omni, Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics or event tracking tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, including tracking validation and data QA.
- Strong background in experimentation, including A/B testing design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Ability to connect product and growth insights to business metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, and revenue impact.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for deeper analytical exploration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis into clear, decision-ready insights.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary analytics partner for Growth teams, designing and analyzing experiments across acquisition and activation funnels to identify performance drivers.
- Build and own the end-to-end experimentation framework, including test design, statistical rigor, results interpretation, and decision recommendations.
- Develop a scalable semantic data layer and self-serve analytics environment to empower Product, Design, and Sales teams with trusted insights.
- Create and maintain company-wide dashboards that connect product usage and growth metrics to key business outcomes such as ARR, retention, and ROI.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by collaborating with Engineering and Data Platform teams on tracking, schemas, and pipeline validation.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally to align data insights with product strategy, growth initiatives, and leadership decision-making.
