- Experience selling to executive-buyer personas for transactional healthcare RCM services.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS or subscription-based applications.
- Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in strategic selling principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Grow Strategic Partner revenue by leading the sales team.
- Develop and execute successful sales initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day activities and provide tools/resources to the team.
- Attain assigned quotas for products and services.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Utilize and train the team on consultative sales best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess performance and execute improvement plans.
- Drive utilization and compliance for Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
