  • Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic selling principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Strategic Partner revenue by leading the sales team.
  • Develop and execute successful sales initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and provide tools/resources to the team.
  • Attain assigned quotas for products and services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Utilize and train the team on consultative sales best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess performance and execute improvement plans.
  • Drive utilization and compliance for Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
