Requirements
- Track record of working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Significant consulting experience leading complex technology programs.
- Deep experience managing multi-workstream initiatives in data, analytics, or AI/ML.
- Strong command of Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing budget, margin, and commercial risk on services engagements.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and be accountable for the success of complex AI and data programs.
- Partner with technical delivery leads and teams to drive measurable outcomes.
- Translate client strategy into clear roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
- Own and manage engagement financials, including budget, margin, and forecasting.
- Manage project scope, risks, and variance using delivery metrics.
- Build trust-based relationships with senior client and partner stakeholders.
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners like Snowflake and ISVs.
- Coach PMs and delivery leads to foster a healthy, inclusive delivery culture.
