Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
- Expertise leading projects end-to-end using quantitative research methodologies
- Expertise with statistical analysis and data visualization
- Experience leading projects end-to-end using qualitative research methodologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading research projects from start to finish
- Experience working collaboratively with product teams
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Responsibilities
- Coordinate work with the point of contact in the UX Research team, the rest of the team, and stakeholders.
- Support scoping of projects, including determining goals, methodologies, logistics, and timelines.
- Develop an understanding of the product, its context, and the research objectives.
- Manage and execute all phases of the research process.
- Oversee participant recruitment, survey distribution, and scheduling.
- Conduct research sessions or data collection.
- Perform data analysis and report-writing.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform product decisions.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
