Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building products in B2B, Fintech, or high-growth tech-enabled services.
- Technical fluency in modern front-end engineering frameworks (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS).
- Strong understanding of financial data flows, revenue splits, accounting logic, and tax reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in using AI development tools for prototyping.
- Proven track record of translating opaque requirements into high-fidelity multi-platform solutions.
- Highly trained eye for typography, alignment, and motion design.
- Experience with accessibility and scalable component library development.
Responsibilities
- Architect the end-to-end financial experience for Core, Plus, and Pro product tiers.
- Develop responsive interfaces and component logic for complex financial data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve conversion, feature adoption, and retention.
- Leverage AI-forward development environments to build functional, interactive prototypes.
- Implement production-level code using React and TypeScript for data visualizations and state management.
- Drive the evolution of product architecture to handle property management at scale.
- Elevate the core design system by translating patterns into a reusable, accessible code library.
