Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working across design and front-end engineering.
- Strong front-end engineering skills (TypeScript, React, CSS, animations).
- Comfortable in both Figma and a code editor.
- Strong sense of design taste and attention to detail.
- Experience working with or contributing to a Design System.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype rapidly.
- Fluency with AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent).
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify UI rough edges, propose fixes, and ship improvements autonomously.
- Own last-mile UI details including spacing, transitions, and interactions.
- Build production-quality UI components and interactions.
- Create workflows and tooling to help designers ship in code.
- Structure designer-generated code for seamless engineering or AI agent integration.
- Maintain and extend the design system, including documentation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and push product UI standards.
