Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in fast-paced digital marketing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs).
- Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and ability to use tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
- Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).
- Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned with PMO methodology.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).
- Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across projects.
