Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs).
  • Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and ability to use tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).
  • Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned with PMO methodology.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across projects.
