- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- 1+ years of people leadership or mentorship experience.
- Proven track record supporting the delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to track key metrics and synthesize data.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination and internal communications.
- Highly organized and outcome-oriented focus.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- Proficient with product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Miro, Asana).
Responsibilities
- Support improvements in how product and design work is planned, tracked, and delivered.
- Track and coordinate execution of product-related initiatives and pilots.
- Compile dashboards and reports on key metrics for PMs, designers, and analysts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product priorities are communicated.
- Manage tooling, templates, and practices that support efficient product operations.
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Assist in preparing updates and roadmap views for stakeholders.
- Supervise 1 to 2 team members.
