- Current NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers for re-quotes prior to renewal.
- Analyze customer insurance coverage and suggest additions or changes.
- Cross-sell additional products and ask for referrals.
- Calculate and present quotes and write insurance applications.
- Monitor progress towards retention goals using reports and data.
- Work within carrier underwriting guidelines.
- Generate periodic reports for manager.
- Foster positive relationships with carrier contacts.
